To reset your PIN:

Enter 16 digit Card Number

Enter last 4 of SSN

Enter the 3 digit on the back of the card
Voice comes on and states the card’s available Balance, then asks if the cardholder would like to:
Repeat card balance
Change PIN

Enter your new PIN
-
To verify the entry, enter your new PIN again.
“Your PIN has been changed.”
